Supply chains lack transparency, making it difficult to track products from origin to consumer. Fraud, counterfeiting, and unethical practices are hard to detect. Companies need immutable records and real-time visibility into their supply networks.
The Solution
Created a decentralized supply chain platform using Ethereum smart contracts, Solidity, and IPFS for document storage. Built a Next.js frontend with Web3 integration, implemented QR code tracking, and created a mobile app for real-time scanning and verification.
Project Result
Achieved 100% product traceability with immutable blockchain records. Reduced counterfeit products by 95% and improved consumer trust by 60%. Successfully deployed for 3 major brands tracking over 50,000 products across 15 countries.
